PRIVACY AGREEMENT FOR INSCENES PRODUCTIONS

InScenes Productions (“us”, “we”, or “our”), a subsidiary of Silicon Composers Inc. (“SCI”), owns and operates the following websites semi-Dark Forest, Earthbook, George Nicol, and InScenes with links at www.semidarkforest.com, www.earthbook.us, www.georgenicol.com, and www.inscenes.com, respectively. The purpose of this Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) is to inform website visitors to any of our websites listed above (“Website”), about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information collected by us, should an individual decide to use our “Website.” Please read the terms and conditions of this “Agreement” carefully before using “Website” since this “Agreement” shall be applied fully to manage your Personal Information collected by “Website” use. This “Agreement” also provide you with notice of our information management practices, including the types of information gathered, how it is used and safeguarded, and the degree to which you may control the maintenance and sharing of your information. Your use of any of our “Sites” constitutes acceptance of this “Agreement.” Collection of Information: We only collect personally identifiable information (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number) about you when you specifically provide this information on a voluntary basis. For example, we might ask for such information when we run a contest, when you register for subscription services, site registration, during product registration, in our online stores, and in connection with content submissions, community postings (e.g., chat and bulletin boards), surveys, and voting and polling activities. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that whatever information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or from our products or services, and you provide such information at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our reasonable effort to ensure its security on our systems. Such activities are beyond the our control and are not subject to this “Agreement.” Also, you should be aware that we may sometimes permit third parties to offer subscription and/or registration-based services on our “Sites.” We are not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties, and you should check the applicable privacy policy of any third party whenever you provide personally identifiable information. We may collect IP addresses for system administration, record keeping, and advertising reporting. Your IP address is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the World Wide Web. Our servers may record incoming IP addresses. Your IP address may be stored with your registration, order, or other information you submit via forms on our website. By tracking IP addresses, we can determine which sites refer the most people to our “Sites.” (Think of an IP address like your zip code; it tells us in general terms where you're from.) Special Notice to Parents Regarding Children Under 13: We recognizes the sensitivity of personally identifiable information concerning children under the age of 13. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not intend to collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 and will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose such information. If you are under 13, you should not enter any personally identifiable information about yourself on any of our “Sites.” If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the information from our database, at your request. To request the removal of your child's information, please send us an e-mail via this page: [email protected] and be sure to include in your message the same User Name and/or e-mail address and password that your child submitted. Information Sharing and Disclosure: We may disclose personally identifiable information about you to a subsequent owner or operator of one of our “Sites.” if we assign our rights and obligations regarding any of your information at the time of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of a Web site's assets and/or services to a subsequent owner or operator. You will be deemed to have consented to the disclosure to, and use by, a subsequent owner or operator of such Web site or service, and your continued use of one of the “Sites” or service signifies your agreement to be bound by the conditions of use and privacy of the site's or service's subsequent owner or operator.
